Description
The BSI 2501FR FR Cotton Coverall is engineered for workers facing serious heat, flame, and flash-fire hazards on the job. Built from 100% flame-resistant cotton at 300 GSM, this coverall pairs certified fire-retardant fabric with strategically placed split leather reinforcement, delivering durable, head-to-toe protection for demanding industrial environments.
Split leather panels reinforce the areas that need it most — elbow patches, shoulder panels, back pockets, and a full leather extension running from the waist down to the toes — protecting against abrasion, sparks, and heat in high-risk zones. The shirt-style collar and front snap button closure (brass hardware) allow for quick, secure dressing, while an elasticated waistband ensures a comfortable, adjustable fit. Oval leather patches at both elbows add extra durability at common wear points, and adjustable buckle straps at the wrist and leg openings let workers fine-tune the fit to prevent snagging or gaps.
Finished in a bold red and natural leather colorway with two large back pockets for tool and equipment storage, the 2501FR is stitched throughout with heavy-duty cotton (sunbeam) thread for long-term durability. The coverall meets recognized flame-resistant and protective clothing standards, including NFPA 2112, EN ISO 11611, EN ISO 11612, and EN ISO 14116.
